We collect personal information when you fill in our contact form, book a trial or membership online, sign up to receive communications from us, or attend classes at Lincoln BJJ.
The information we collect includes your name, email address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely through our payment provider -we do not store your card details).

We use your personal information to respond to enquiries, process bookings and payments, send confirmation and reminder messages, and keep you informed about Lincoln BJJ news, class updates and membership information. We will only contact you for marketing purposes if you have given us your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
4. How We Contact You
We may contact you by email or occasionally by text message. Email is our primary channel. Text messages are used sparingly - typically for booking confirmations and session reminders.
You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email, replying STOP to any text message, or emailing us at [email protected].
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only with GoHighLevel (our CRM platform) and our payment processor, both under data processing agreements and in accordance with UK GDPR.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
Active members: for the duration of your membership plus 3 years. Enquiries that did not lead to membership: up to 12 months. Payment records: 7 years as required by HMRC. After these periods, your data is securely deleted.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, object to marketing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
